Hans-Georg Härter

Hans-Georg Härter started his professional career at ZF Passau GmbH in 1973. He joined the company’s managing board in 1991 and took over as its Chief Executive Officer in 1994. At the same time, he was nominated as a member of the managing board of ZF Friedrichshafen AG.

In 2002, he was nominated as chairman of the board of directors of ZF Sachs AG in Schweinfurt.

He joined the board of directors of ZF Friedrichshafen AG in 2006 and was Chief Executive Officer of ZF Friedrichshafen AG from 2007 to 2012.

As well as holding a number of offices on supervisory and executive boards in the automotive industry, Mr. Härter is currently a Senior Partner of LLC with a focus on strategic and organizational consultancy.
